Damoros does not take returns on new or never used assets. Any asset for which the condition states new, never used, pristine and/or store fresh is a FINAL SALE. FINAL SALE occurs when payment is made and processed by our credit card company, when a bank wire is received or when an ACH transaction is completed. Please inspect the asset within 48 hours of delivery as we will not be responsible for any issues regarding the asset, with the exception of authenticity, beyond that period.

We accept returns on assets described as “Like New", “Good” or “Wear and Tear” in the condition title, providing that the asset is in the same condition as when it was sold. Should you elect to return using your own label, we must receive the asset back within four days of notifying us that you would like to return the asset.
